Encore une tempête

Pour changer ici c’est la tempête mais celle-ci s’annonce énorme.

Nous avons actuellement 40 noeuds de vent mais on attend plus de 60, 70 noeuds dans les heures qui viennent. Ça devrait tabasser jusqu’à demain …

Pour le moment la tempête souffle du Nord mais elle va tourner Ouest, c’est là qu’elle soufflera le plus fort. Tout va dépendre de la force du vent mais pour l’instant on se dirige plein Est pour essayer de s’écarter d’elle au maximum. 

Pourtant ces derniers jours, nous n’avions presque plus de vent à tel point que nous faisions même marche arrière ! D’ailleurs nous sommes toujours dans les cinquantièmes … 

Je ne sais pas si le vit-de-mulet va tenir le choc.

New storm coming

You know what ? A new storm is coming, and this one is going to be a bad bad one.

We currently have 40 knots of wind but we expect more than 60, 70 knots in coming hours. It should hit strong until tomorrow...

The storm is blowing North but it will turn West in the next hours and this is where it will blow the strongest. 

Everything will depend on the strength of the wind but for now we're heading east to try to get as far away from it as possible. 

This last few days, we had no wind at all. It was crazy, we were going backwards! Because of that, we're still in the 50th parallel !

Let’s hope the gooseneck I fixed again by South Georgia will hold good.
